You also forgot production stopped for a few months. All that comes into play.

Once again those that have the means right now will still get the best deals from right now and on. You have to understand supply and demand. If all you want is an f150 xlt then sure wait. If you want a loaded king Ranch. Make your deal on the vehicle you see because it will be bought.

do whatever you want. Go on GT350 classifieds. There's more cars now than ever before and more being listed every day (including R's). The resale market is tumbling, I'm seeing low mileage GT350's for low 40's. The R's aren't far behind. Sure, if you're wanting a new model, you can hold out and pay, but between the economy and the new 500's those will simply sit on lots for a long time while a BIG portion of those people who can STILL afford to buy an R find much better deals in the used market. Talk to guys who've listed their R for sale and see what type of response they're getting. If they want to move it, they're having to dive the price. Dealerships may be stubborn and hold onto remaining inventory (most dealerships have 1 R if they're lucky and it's usually inside the showroom) but the prices on ALL GT350's have significant downward pressure and it's not going to stop anytime soon.
