Looks right as far as the boost controller goes.
Depending ont he wastegate model used, the top port is where you want your line going, the bottom is the vent line. I'm not 100% familiar with the Hellion kit, what brand wastegates are they using?

It's saying top port is vent. But then again I've seen pics of Hellion TT with connections at the top and bottom WG ports. ...confused...
