long tubes and lowering springs

I was wondering if anyone can chime in who has this setup. I have kooks longtubes on the car and was wondering if I can add springs without hurting anything.My setup would be ccw wheels 18" with a 1" drop.Also what springs would work for me?

I have Kooks lt's and the CCw's also. I used the eibach pro kit. Gave me a decent drop (about 1.5 inches). The longtubes do hang low. You have to be very careful over speed bumps and inclines.
