Long Block question???

Thought I would ask my Cobra buddys....I would like to buy a long block motor and put my stock motor in the corner to rest....

What company would you guys buy from?? ...and why???

Most of my driving will be on the road course and alot of street driving...

I was thinking 306 w/trick flow or AFR heads and a nice cam to match.....

Any help would be great looking to buy real soon......
