Bought these thinking they were unlocked, however locked. Need to be sent to sct to get them unlocked.

Sct tuner 3000 model-125$ shipped CONUS


Sct Bama tuner, probably 3015 -125$ shipped CONUS.
-This one shows some signs of wear and tear.
