How long does this winter special last?
I have been wanting to do gears but I have already put my car away for the winter.

How long would it take to install the Whipple package? Is it a day trip (I'm from Chicago) or does it need to be left for an extended period of time?

You would have to double check w/ Matt, (or I could check on monday for you) but I would say maybe 2 days for that install, it may be possible to do 1 day, but i think the planets would have to be in perfect alignement :D shoot me a pm or email @ [email protected] w/ your info (year of car, stick or auto, what else is done, etc.)

not to take a shot at Livernois, but I would be very wary about getting anything done at there shop, Ive spent much money there before and had the following problems.

Fuel Rails not properly installed spilling gas into the engine bay, and ruining the finish on the fuel rails. They also did not replace the fuel rails, which still look bad to this day.

Nx Nitrous intalled at shop, Somewhere along the line a screw was put THREW the gas tank! I found out later on while having a maintance at Ford. On the plus Livernois did flat bed my car back to the shop and re weld the tank.

There Tuning is half ass, I can up load Dynos from them in which I asked for a 100 shot of Nitrous, seeing a 15RWHP gain, and 75in torque.

Actually knew one of the guys that worked there, which is why I 1st went there, he said if you pay for Dyno time, you get your 1 hour on the dyno and thats IT. nothing more to get a proper tune. Most are not custom for the car.

Customer service is rude too by the way. Its been over a year sense Ive been there, I hope things have changed!

Hm...That is one of the few negative comments Ive heard about Livernois

My advice to you would be to take it to PM, rather than taking a shot at them on the forum
