I dont know at what RPM procharger rates their stage 2 kit 10psi number. Online blower calculators show blower speed at 7000 right around 48500rpm. Im spinning my blower a few thousand more than that due to my manifold, I dont expect my boost to be over 1psi lower than stock rating at such high RPMs. I think my reason of concern is quite valid, maybe it isnt an external part, maybe its just the way the tuner is swinging the cams, but he did swing them for me to increase the boost and still wouldnt see much above 9psi. Then I deleted the cats. I spoke to Circle D last week, they recommended (when Im ready) the 2C since I want to make sure car behaves well on the street, stall would be around 2800 for that converter. Future mods will be E85 and maybe a D1x. I think I can get into the 1.40s 60ft with a converter which is 2 tenths down from my current best. Tuner wants me to make a solid pass before saying there isnt anything more to be gained from a revision. On that 10.63 pass I hit the limiter in 1st and shifted into 5th shortly after going into 4th, my mistake by tapping the paddle shifter on the launch. So I was shifting myself the whole way down the track. lol.
