Anyone here collect or know the value of Lionel Trains? We had a huge collection of trains that was my dads (larger than some stores had). 10 years after his passing, we are finally down to the last few. We held onto these trains for specific reason, because we knew they had some value. If anyone can clue us in to what they are worth today, it would be great. These are all in pristine condition, never used, never taken out of their boxes, and have display cases.

1. Allied Model Trains Dept 56 4-6-4 Hudson Steam Locomotive 6-52175

2. "o" Gauge Southern Pacific Daylight Steam Locomotive and Tender 6-8307

3. NYC 1-700E 4-6-4 Hudson Locomotive 6-18005

4. Dreyfuss Hudson 6-18027 #81

All are "o" gauge. The Dreyfuss we were told was worth quite a bit.

Best bet would probably be to sign up on a collector/enthusiast based site where you can get some estimates. Maybe they'll be someone on there whose willing to give you a good amount for them if you're willing to sell.

I will be working on pictures. We will see about how detailed they get. We don't want to disturb anything about them that could possibly ruin their value. I just joined a train site, and will see if they can shed any light on the values.
