Line lock Question

Installed line lock-when the diode was clipped in the wire on the brake pedal the plastic covering was not broke on the wire so it had no diode installed. Service Advance Track came up. Put a better connector on & now diode is installed- line lock works & holds great-but I get a service advance track every time. Did I throw a hard code that needs to be reset? When key is turned off notice goes out.

The advanced light turned on when installing mine. Luckily I have a friend at a Ford dealership and he put the Ford i.d.s on and cleared the code. It has not come back on ever since.
