Lightnings @ Bonneville...?

Well, has anyone taken their L to Bonneville or attempted any land speed racing? Or how about the Silver State open race? Just curious to know.

A few folks I know here in Dawsonville GA have been doing the land-speed deal for a few years now.. Mostly at Maxton, but they have been to Bonneville a few times. Bob Merickle is a personal friend of mine.. They turn out some pretty nice speeds. John Maf****i is a buddy of Bob's and my pops(i don't really know him)... he had's had a lightning and a cobra that they have takin to both maxton and bonneville. http://www.jmaffucci.com/_wsn/page3.html
