I have a 2001 Lightning trans with 55k miles on it. Took it out cause I thought it was messed up. Put a new one in and it was doing the same thing. Ended up being 2 wires pinched together going to the trans, fixed the problem. Still have the one I took out, not sure if anything is wrong with it or not. 400 plus shipping.
