Lightning TB on an 03?

Hey guys,

I am trying to sell a TB for a lightning, and I am jsut owndering if it will fit an 03 cobra? Let me know what you guys think, or if any of you have tried this before...

The Cobra has the Idler passage machined in the TB also.
