I found this car at barbers during the mustang 45th weekend. I thought you guys might get a kick out of this. I never seen the owner to ask him how it runs but the fenders were coated in rubber.:rockon:

Needs to fab up a different intake on that eaton...possibly see if a Cobra intake would work for it that way a cowl hood would actually fit on it...

I swear if I ever get a built motor for the L I am putting the old one in my 97 Cobra :banana: I'll drive that thing every day with no hood if I have too.

I'd seen one either in a Magazine or online. Was a blue fox with a custom intake and stock hood cut to hell to fit around the 5.4.

I want to drop my stock block in a ranger when I go built...........if I don't blow this one up too.

More people are doing this. 5.0 put a Shelby GT500 5.4 DOHC in a fox last year. The L motors are reasonably priced so I think we will see this modular conversion done a good bit. I love it!

My dream build is a 71-73 fastback with a built, whippled L motor. After the L of course.
