Lightning & F-150 Heads

What is the difference in the regular F-150 and the Gen 2 Lightning heads?

I have an 01 L that needs a set of heads and I have a complete Triton motor from a 2000 model F-150. Are they interchangeable?

There is no difference. Lightning and regular 5.4 SOHC F-150's use the same heads. I'd make sure to get timecerts or helicoils installed in that head before installing them. Might as well port and polish them too.
