lightning engine in a mustang?
Anyone seen a lightning engine fit in a '99-'04 Mustang with maybe a different supercharger so the intake doesn't go over the top? thanks

I saw a 95 with a lightning motor and stock blower. Even with a cowl hood they still had to cut a hole in it for the blower to fit. Its a tall motor for a mustang. I also saw a 5.4 in a 94 or 95 GT with a modified 98 cobra upper intake and a centrifugal blower and that fit under the hood fine.

I have seen it done before. To be honest it is not worth the money to do a 5.4 swap into a Mustang. The power difference isnt worth it, you could do a 4valve for way less money and be faster.

Not worth it IMO, plus you're adding more weight.
