Lightning cuts off in gear

I have a 2002 Lightning with a cold air intake, long tubes and magnaflow.
The Lightning cranks and runs fine in park and in neutral but when I put it in gear it dies. If I rev the motor enough and put it in gear it will go but if I stop it dies. It just started doing this out of the blue.

Does anybody know what is wrong?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Just a thought;
Had the same issue and mine was the Mafia, took it out and all was well.

Don't have a Mafia. The truck has ran and done fine for 30,000 miles with these mods. Just started doing this a few days ago. Don't know whats going on.
