Going to get one of these for a 98 Cobra Vert. For those of you that have one, what would be the brand I should go with? I know they arent for roll-over protection , but I would like one that is sturdy enough to stand up to people grabbing on it to get in and out of the back etc. Thanks.

I do think another company makes an alternative to the CDC bar, but having seen it in person I believe the CDC is made with better materials. I have the CDC bar myself.

believe it or not, but they will hold a car up, when upside down. I don't know how much they will withstand, but a club member rolled his while travelling on the "dragon". The A pillar looked more worse for wear than the light bar. I would like to get one for my car, too.

Rocking a CDC It's very well made and has a pretty beefy steel tube going through it which may even help with body flex on a vert.
