Can you elaborate some on the face-plating? (what does it do...what makes it different than a non-faceplated tranny..does it change the function of the tranny and how)

Did you drive it on the street?

How difficult to shift at low rpm?

Did it shift smoothly with the faceplated gears?

Sorry - Im selling it with the car so its no longer for sale.

However, i did drive it on the street (never took it to the track). You have two choices. Double clutch. Or you can kind of do a "slow shift" where you pull it out of gear, pause just a sec., push in the clutch and then put it in gear immediatly. Its really not that bad. Kind of fun actually.

Faceplated trans are not made to shift smooth. They are clunky by nature.
