I just recieved the i/c tank and was wondering if yours was scratched badly all over. Please respond with your experience!!

Mine was in perfect condition. It was wrapped twice in bubble wrap an there was nothing wrong with it. Call him and he'll get you straightened out if you're not happy. Mark and Jesse are great guys.

Get that sucker powder coated anyways!

Mine also was scratched up. I took some aluminum polish to it and cleaned it up and I'm happy with it now. Maybe some day I'll get it anodized or powdercoated.

The standard finish is matt. The nature of the matt finish is fine lines on the surface. Polishing is an option. We may also be offering them powder coated in the future.

Mine showed up yesterday in a Box UPS used as a soccer Ball but the tank came through decent. Has some scratches but look good.

same here. ups was definately not friendly with the box. the lower outlet was bent somewhat, but nothing a set of vice grips couldnt take care of. also had a few scratches, but in a strange sorta way i like the look :-D
