Anybody know the offsets for the 2011 GT?
Are all the bolt patterns 5x114.3 ?
What about bore (is it 75)?

Base is 18 x 8.5
Offset ?
Weight ?

19 x 8.5 optional
Offset ?
Weight ? (I'm hearing around 31 lbs)

19 x 9 Brembo
Offset?
Weight ? (I'm hearing around 29 lbs)

Here's another thing I noticed and find interesting.

The base GT comes with a 3.31 axle ratio, option is 3.55 and 3.73
The base GT also comes with the 18 inch wheels and 235 tires.
These tires are around 27.60 inches tall.

Well, if you order the optional 19 inch wheels for your GT, you get
245/45 tires that are about 27.40 inches tall.

And if you order the Brembo brake package with it's 19 inch wheels you get 255/40 tires that are 27.0 inches tall.

Well, the shorter the wheels the lower you effectively make your axle ratio.

So, if you order the 3.73 axle ratio on the regular GT with the 18 inch wheels you have wheels that are 27.6 inches tall.
But then if you order the Brembo brake package, you are getting wheels/tires that are over a 1/2 inch shorter.
That effectively makes the 3.73 axle ratio more like 3.80 or so.

That's interesting to me, because that then is the reason cars with 3.73 and Brembo brake package barely makes the 1/4 mile in 4th gear.
Because with the 18 inch wheels you should be able to get to 112 mph at redline, but it's reported with the Brembo brake package it's around 110.5 mph at redline.

I guess, just another reason to get the 3.55's for me and the Brembo brake package, as that would effectlively be around a 3.60-3.65 rear axle ratio. Perfect.

finally you made a thread i want to participate in.

the steeda 2011 stang is the tits. its got 20x9.5 in the front, 20x11 in the rear. 315-35-20 in the rear... yeah. 285/35/20 in the front. looks so sick but cant find any pics of it from the back. i wish ford would have made it a true muscle car and gave it a low offset 0 to 15 in the rear. so the wide, deep lipped rims could be thrown back there. still 20x11 is awesome and they were flush. but being HRE's they aint cheap.

i emailed HRE and steeda. neither will give me the offset for this setup. like its classified and shit. but i guess they are protecting their "package". so other wheel manufactures have to do their own R&D.

OK? lol
But you participated with info I was neither asking or wanting to know in this thread.

Looking for the info on the stock wheels, so I know what to look for when wheel shopping (gotta be lighter, gotta be a bit more aggressive offset).

The 5.0 I saw with the Brembo pack and 19-inch wheels;

The wheel/tire combo looked small in the wheel well, and the whole car needed to be dropped an inch. Great looking wheel though!

Yeah, I like 19 inch wheels best on many midsized cars like the Mustang, however the Mustang seems to have large wheel wells and 20's seem to be needed to not look quite as small.
However, 20's get heavy.
I also think the 9" wide rear on the Brembo pack is a bit skinny.
Should of gone 9.5 with 265 series tires minimum.
Again, I need to find out the offset of the Brembo wheels too (I'm asking for all as it might help out others who want to know those) as I'd think a 5-10mm more aggressive offset would work best on the GT as well.

Then, with the 19x9 wheels, chuck the bullshit 255's, and throw some 275/35/19 Nitto NT05's on, which are only 0.2" less sidewall height... that would look sweet and be able to put some serious power down!

I was actually thinking
285/35/19

Closer to same OD as the 255/40/19's but with 1.2 inches more tread on the pavement.

I actually was thinking that originally... but couldn't find any badass tires (read: NT05, Dunlop Direzza) in that size. The only good tires I could find were the Bridgestone RE-11's in that size. I'm a huge NT05 fan though.

The new Continental ContiSport DW
Got essentially the same rating as the Pilot Sport 2's in Tirerack's test.
They just came out a few months ago, and I got some of the early one's and put them on my buddies Lexus GS.
They grip well. They are like $100 or so less per tire than the PS2's
As a bonus they weigh the same as the stock 255/40/19 PZero
So you get a much wider tire that's rated every bit as good or better, with no additional weight.

They are the tire I will be using.
