Lethal Performance E85 return style fuel systems

Hey guys, as you know, we here at Lethal Performance work very hard to bring you the best parts and service possible. We specialize in fuel systems for all our beloved Mustangs. For you guys looking to support serious horsepower on E85, you know you need serious fuel volume to support those power goals. We have two different return style systems available for each of the SN95 and S197 Mustangs. Also, switching to a return style system is less expensive then doing a comparable returnless system and they support much more horsepower.

07-2011 GT500 Triple Pump System

Our first system is a dual pump system that utilizes two Walbro GSS342 pumps. The system uses a Fore Precision dual pump hat, -8an feed line, Fore Precision 10 micron filter, Fore Precision Y blocks, Fore Precision F1 or F2 regulator (F1 for gas, F2 for E85), -6an return line and Fore Precision fuel rails. This system will support safely support over 600 rwhp at the standard base pressure of 40 psi. With larger 80 lb injectors and higher base pressure, the system will support more, but we are conservative with our system ratings.

07-2011 Shelby GT500 Dual Pump System

For you guys looking to make 1000+ rwhp on E85, our Triple Pump System is for you! We use this system on our 2010 GT500 that runs on E85 and our car currently makes 1100 rwhp with a base pressure of 50 psi and 166 lb injectors and we still have room to grow. Again, this system utilizes all Fore Precision components, but the feed line is a -10an, return line is a -8an and we include the Fore Precision F4 regulator. This is the ultimate fuel system for big power with OEM reliability and silent operation.

To go with these fuel systems, you will need some serious injectors and we offer many different flow rates from Siemens Deka and Bosch. We have injectors starting from 60 lb/hr and go all the way up to 220 lb/hr. So no matter what your fuel needs are, gasoline or E85, Lethal Performance has you covered. If you have any questions regarding these systems and injectors, feel free to contact us.

Thank You.

Yes, the 105's will be enough. We have a customer using the 105's on a big block chevy with a single 88mm turbo making 1200 rwhp on E85 with them. More than enough injector for your set-up.

I was looking at ordering the dual pump system or the triple pump system. I know the dual is more then enough for what I have right now and probably enough for what I am going to do. But on the dual pump system there is no option for the e-85 coated lines? On the triple pump system there is.. Is there a way to get it on the dual pump system?

All systems are available with the coated hat's for use with E85 for an additional $50.00. Now the fuel lines, all the Fragola hoses we use in our systems are also E85 compatible. We do also have systems for Lightnings, sorry I forgot to include them in my original post. You can find the Lightning stuff here:

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks.
