Leather Boot for 1995

Hey guys i was wondering, i need a new leather shift boot for my maunal because my other one kind of came un done. I have a 1995, with a 1999 cobra shifter if that makes a diff. I was wondering where i could get one, and is it easy to install, and how do you install it. Thanks
