Learning the hard way DW300 fuel pumps

How did you fix your fuel hat ?

I bought a new 2012 fuel hat and installed it, I did not reinstall the DWs

i have to imagine that replumbing the line in the fuel hat with actual fuel line would help with longevity? Like a PTFE fuel hose?

Hell, is it even possible?

To the people who LOL at the fact his fuel rails bent... This has happened on more than just his car it has happened on mine... and guess what... My car had no issues of such before I installed the new pumps. I ran on E85 for over a year and suddenly I install new fuel pumps and up the boost to 20lbs and my fuel rails BENT from the pressure which allowed the O-rings to pop out spilling E85 everywhere. This same exact thing also happened to scubasteve with his blue 2013 gt500.

If upgrading injectors/pumps, I would agree grabbing billet rails should be part of the upgrade.
Glad no engines burnt down.
