Leaking window. Help!

Ok, my back window is leaking on my 2000 F-150. It isn't a sliding back glass. and I've sealed around the top of the black plastic piece around the window. And, I've also sealed around the 3rd brake light and it STILL leaks. I'm lost. Any input will be helpful, thanks.

sit in the back of the truck and have someone spray around with a hose, see if you can trace where its coming in...

It's coming from the passenger side.

caulk it from the inside after removing the headliner, or if you're feeling ambitious take the rear interior panels and headliners out, remove the window with the 8mm bolts and re-seal it.
