Leaking vmp 2.65 gen3r

I bought a mild rebuilt vmp 2.65 gen3r last summer and it's been running fine up until the last month or so. I pulled the throttle body and I find a lot of oil in the elbow, the rear inlet or the supercharger as well. I also, do not run a pcv system either. I cleaned it and put it back together and within about 30 mins of running more oil was building up. I pulled the blower and found oil in the lower intake and when taking the blower out it dumped some out as I was lifting it out. I'm thinking at this point it may be the seals in the blower. Has anyone ran into this issue before and what was the cause of it even if it was another blower I would like to know or have a good guess what it could be?

Is it blower oil or engine oil? If your not running a pcv system is it plugged off in the lower intake?

Kind of hard to tell. Yes my lower intake is plugged. I attached some photos of what it looked like

Just trying to figure out how it's getting back up in there especially since I have breathers on each valve cover.
