Just wondering if anybody on here, has replaced the passenger side head gasket. Because of the Ford bulliten, about the head gasket leak. Is there an easier fix to this, other than replacing the head gasket? lmk

thanks
Tim

There is a bulliten by Ford that states a flaw in the Passenger side head gasket. They make a new and improved head gasket, but as small as it is, I want to try something different. There is now recall, I have checked by my vin number. Just wondering if any kind of stop leak or anything like that would help out in this ordeal. I don't believe in that stuff, but just wondering if anybody has ever used it for this matter. Ford told me it would cost over $1600 to change.
lmk
thanks
