This guy leaks just a tiny tiny bit. I had a spare fuel cell cap, brand new in my toolbox. Still leaks a little. Should I try replacing the gasket or that ring?

Most times they leak because the O rings for the flow tubes that connect to the intercooler brick under the blower leak and allow boost to pressurize the system.

Could try the ring. Usually leaking out the top of after market tanks is boost weeping into the lines via shot o-rings on the pass through tubes in the ic/manifold. Stock blower, pump working? Should never really have enough pressure if any in that system to push coolant out.
