While installing a new oil filter, as soon as it begins to get tight, or as soon as resistance begins, coolant begins to steadily drip from where the filter screws in. :??::dw:
Has one of the oil cooler gaskets seen its day? Maybe the one that seals the oil cooler to the block adapter?
This is my first oil change after 500 miles on the new motor. Has coolant been getting in the oil all this time? The oil looks okay, but I cant use the rule that if the oil is milky looking then coolant is getting in cause I used royal purple break in oil (which is purple as opposed to conventional oil color)
Whats my next move?
Thanks
