Laird Performance Mushrooms

Anyone tried Laird Performance Mushrooms before?

I've been trying to look after my health a little more and I keep hearing good things about Laird products. All this shit is so expensive, so I'd like to hear if anyone else has experience with them or something similar.

Right now I take A1G every morning and a jug of Kettle and Fire Bone broth about twice a week.
I've tried Alpha Brain for a month and didn't notice anything. For the price I had to drop it.

Any other health supplements you'd recommend trying?
I'm not currently working out, so I'm mostly looking for mental clarity, gut health, immune system health and energy.

I take them everyday. I put a scoop in my fruit/yogurt smoothie.
I’ve been doing this for about 2 months.
Great stuff, chaga and lions mane are a great supplement to have in your diet.

I use athletic greens. They are loaded with vitamins and minerals. Also have a plentiful mushroom blend added in. Been using it for about 6 months. My mood and mental state alone have changed tremendously for the better

The wife harvested lions mane and cooks it up fresh. Even my boys enjoyed it. Here's some pics of mature and some just started. Very healthy for you.
