Labtop wont connect to SCT x3 help....

I have a SCTx3 with a bbr tune on it, tune uploaded fine to the car itself. I want to datalog the car but my labtop wont regconize my tuner. Any help? Ive done a search with no help.:shrug:
EDIT: Ive tried to do the manuel update with no luck

did you install liveload?? have you tried to manually install the drivers??

you need to install the driver and updates

or


you can just call SCT give the remote acces to your comp and let them do it.
