ive heard from another guy that 2" lower motor mounts and a 4" cowl hood will clear the intake on those, but hell it looks evil like that :rockon:

Not a fan of the Lightning Cobra motor swap I just think it's too much work and I mean unless you build the 5.4 your really not getting much more power or going much faster but hey congrates on doing it I always thought about building one but never got to it

Looks killer, but wouldn't it be just as easy to build a stoked & forged Teksid block with lots of boost? Smaller, lighter, just as much power.

But no "intimidator" factor.

As long as it doesn't see any rain, I would leave it just like it is. Only thing that would make it look better would be a 3.4 whipple or 2.8 KB.

...and a cog drive setup lol.

Throw a whipple on there and a small cowl hood, The whipple's profile is like 4-5 inches shorter.
