L&M Throttle Body Code p2112

Hello, could use some help with this issue I'm having.

2010 Shelby GT 500
SCT tune
Ford racing 2.3 Liter s/c
L&M 66MM throttle body...
Whipple 122 mm Maf
Stock injectors.



Now for my issue Car goes into fail safe mode after driving a few miles cel comes on with code p2112 I can turn the car off and restart runs fine for a while then concern reoccurs (goes int Fail safe mode no acceleration at all only idles)
Turn car off then its fine.

Note I install the stock throttle body and have not had an issue since then.
Does the tune need to be programed for this L&M 66mm Throttle body?

Thanks for any help. I would like to use the L&M Throttle body...

yeah you can't just swap throttle bodies without letting the ecu know
