Kooks shorty headers (fitment issues)

I've been considering picking up a set, but I've been reading about some fitment issues.
Have these fitment issues been resolved?

I have one of the early sets and there is an issue with the angle of the passenger side header flange...this caused a slight collector leak and has the xpipe pushed over towards the drivers side which makes the drivers side muffler sit further back. Kooks may have since fixed the issue , but it was pretty common on the early sets.

^^^yep... I saw quite a few posts and threads about that. I would hope they have replaced their jigs/templates by now, but it was enough to keep me away from kooks super street shorties.

Mine fit perfectly...like others have said the early run could have been the culprit!
