Kooks catted xpipe or magnaflow catted x pipe

Getting some motor work done to my car and while it is apart they said they would put the aftermarket headers on at no cost.
I am thinking of Kooks headers and either a kooks catted x pipe or magnaflow catted x into my borla stingers.
Now my question is, will the magnaflow xpipe fit up with the kooks headers and what would be the best performance/sound midpipe?

The magnaflow pipe will not fit without modification. Go with the kooks x pipe if your using their headers. Dr gas would be another option.
