I hear a knocking noise when im driving around 1900 to 2400 rpms and goes away after 2400 rpms from what i have rwad it might be a spun rod bearing, a day before i starter hearing the knock i felt the car being slugish i did a second gear pull and it was struging really bad to pass 4k rpms like it was a miss fire. So today me and my friend decided to take out the coil and check the spark plugs and they looked good but when we had the coil out we accelerated the car and it didnt do the knocking noise anymore. We put the coil back on and it started doing it again so i decided to giggle the coil and it stopped doing it. Any idea what it could be?

Don't replace the coil yet you probably have a bad connection replace the boots and springs on the coil and make sure the pigtail that connects to the coil clicks to lock it in place if doesn't then zip tie it tight

Ima try that see if it works. Is it okay if I drive it to work and back until I get a chance to look at it? Cause the car is my daily
