How cold does the fluid get?
Mine gets around 30-35 while idling. Once I get rolling for a while it hangs in the 40's. It will hop into the 50's if I get on it then creep back down to the 40's. I have a temp sensor in the reservoir. I have a TF tank. I insulated it with reflective tape and pipe insulation. After looking at a thermal image of the line that returns the coolant from the intercooler, I insulated really well. The radiator coolant lines really heat up the reservoir and hoses.
