I'm pretty sure he was airborn. In that situation, you don't want to turn the wheel. However that doesn't leave him anywhere near enough time to correct once the suspension has settled the car.
Once he was off he actually did exactly what he needed to do so as not to cause a roll-over.
It's just too bad he failed himself before that by driving an unknown road at a rate far exceeding his abilities.

The best part of that vid was the slow motion part at the end where he is saying "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO......." in that slowed-down retart voice.

It's probably actually a good thing he didn't try and make the turn and side-swipe the rocks. I think he was going to fast either way.
