So I seem to two things of turbo cobras. One, the torque is a good deal lower than the horsepower and the other is the torque is actually higher than the horsepower. Now I know on turbo cars, they typically make more horsepower than torque, so what is the "secret" or key to keeping the torque in the same range or higher than the horsepower with a turbo cobra?

It sure is a key secret to building a good turbo street car.
Mine was a single 76 non BB with a custom 4in down pipe and open cutout, definitely helped keep the torque above the HP.
