2004 Cobra....current "stuff:"
- 2.6 KB, 3" upper
- stock lower
- Billetflow 4pc idlers
- NGK TR6 plugs
- 60# siemens injectors
- KB throttle body
- MaFia
- KB Boost-a-pump
- JLT RAI
- LDC cooling mod
- Magnaflow cat-back
- Nitrous Express kit- currenty not hooked up- had it hooked up prior to the KB install
- other suspension and driveline mods...

Currently making 585rwhp/537tq, 21.53lbs boost, on conservative tune on 92 gas.

Looking at putting in an off-road x in the spring to run 110 gas. I am thinking of swapping out the lower to add hp/tq.

what recommendations are out there for a lower swap? What kind of hp/tq numbers would you estimate with these two mods? My thought would be to add a 50-shot after this......

thanks!

I would have thought your guys numbers would be better than that. especially with 22 psi on 100 octane. I am doing 612hp,574tq @ 17 psi on 93 octane/19 degrees of timing and 628hp,598tq @ 17 psi on 96 octane/21 degrees of timing.

+1. Looks like the smaller PD's are still making better #'s at <22lbs of boost on stock motors.

Jeff, i'm learning quickly about this stuff, but i am assuming my numbers are a bit lower due to running stock headers and h-pipe, plus a 16 degree tune. Tuner (Bob Kurgan) thought that 630 would easily be attained with these tweaks- sound right to you?

thanks, Steve
