kb2.4 on and tuned but ??

I just got the blower on and tuned 2.4 my tuner said the #'s were a little low.587hp522tq on a dyno jet,but we noticed that the boost hits a 15psi and climbes to 19psi right at 6500.now this is a brand new blower I just bought from kb with a 3.00 pully on it witch is rated a 19psi.I made the same power with 17psi on a 2.2 but the boost jumped right to 16 and peaked at 18 with that blower.I know many things come into play timing,heat, ext but does anyone else see a boost curve like this,anything I can check.I did a comp check and it was good.any one with a 2.4 and 3.00 pully how much boost are u seeing.

Do you mean 2.6 because KB doesn't make the 2.4 anymore. What supporting mods do you have?

no it's a long story but kb just sold me a new 2.4 with a warenty after my 2.2 locked up,the built it for me to save me some $.i reused my plenum.I have a bap.60's,ba 2400
