just put an older style kb 2.2 on the car a day ago.when I bought it off the kid he said it was just rebuilt by stegmier and gave me the paper work.after a wot run today the blower started to make noise.at idel it wines a little bit and if u put your head next to it u can here a slight ratteling.with the belt off and spinning it by hand u can here what sounds like a zipper being pulled up and down,not metal on metal.kb was no help they said just ship it to them ,it might need a rebuild.I dont have the $ just to pay for a rebuild if it doesn't really need one.can anyone with personal knowledge ease my mind and tell me these are normal noises or am I f%&*ed.oil is new and full and the noise seems to be from the back of the blower not the snout and there is no play in the snout.any help is greatly appreciated.
