I would deff get a BAP so $3349 + $249 = $3598 + shipping and Tax. I would say $2700 is not so bad.

Those are the list prices from KB is $3349. Try calling a few KB dealers, they are offering 10% off which actually bring the price of a new one closer to $3000 and thats for the better 2.6H model.

Also if that blower needs to be rebuilt, resealed, or anything you could be looking at $800-1000 more for repairs. Seems crazy to me when you can buy a new whipple or KB for just a little more.

Last time i checked a 2.6H is 3700 shipped from a dealer. If you can get the same thing for 3200 than go for it.
