Anyone with a 2.1 KB on a 2V.

What kind of boost are you running, and what kind of power do you make?

Wondering if there are many people running 14PSI on it, and what kind of IATs do you see if you know?

I'm running a 7.5" crank pulley, and was going to run a 14psi pulley, but not sure what kind of RPM I would be spinning the blower too, or what kind of boost levels it will see with that combo?

Thanks

Buddy of mine has a 2.1 on his he has cams and full exhaust and on 9lbs made 438rwhp 428rwtq.

Edit: btw where did you get your 7.5" crank pulley? I'd like to pick one up for my Mach.

my old GT w/ a 2.1L KB made 422 rwhp & 425 rwtq w/ an intake, TB, catted x-pipe, SLP LM1s, and stock headers, with all stock internals on 9 psi...

Thanks for the reply's guys. Just trying to get an idea of where I'll be at.

Planning on running the 14psi + 7.5" crank pulley, so I'm guessing should be 14+psi. I have a built motor, ported heads, and stage 2 comp cams. I have a 100 shot hooked up now, but I might back it down to a 75, not sure yet.

**Bought the crank pulley off a user on Modfords. Innovaters West 10% OD pulley.

I have one on my 2v with a low compression motor and ported heads. I'm currently running the 9lb pulley.

Your 10% OD is a 7.25", and the 15% OD is 7.5". The 10% will generally give you about 3psi and the 15% about 4psi.

You can spin the 2.1 pretty hard to about 18,000 RPM. To figure it out, I listed the simple formula below, running a stock crank and 10lb KB pulley with a 6k shift point. Next one is a 15% OD with a 14psi KB pulley.

Crank size (divided by) pulley size (multiply by) max RPM.

6.5 / 3 * 6,000 rpm = 13,000 RPM at @ 10psi.

7.5 / 2.5 * 6,000 rpm = 18,000 RPM at @ 17-18psi.

These are all rough figures depending on heads, TB, MAF, CAI...
