I have a used K&N FIPK for a 2003-2004 Cobra. It is in great shape with no issues, I just went with a cold air setup when I switched to the Kenne Bell. $60 shipped.

I have filter cleaner and oil but I use it for my other cars filters as well. It is available at virtually any auto parts store. I believe that this is a Gen II based on the picture of a Gen II FIPK on Lethal's website.
