Just started to mod the snake

Im just starting to mod my snake. So far I've done a

K&N FIPK II
Bassani X-pipe w/Cats
Bassani Cat-back
Pro 5.0 Shifter
BFG G-Force T/A KD's 275/40 ZR17 on all 4 sides.

I want to upgrade to 315/35 ZR17's on the rear. Will I have any Clearance issues? Do I have to run a spacer on Stock rims?

nice pretty much the same modds i also got except mid pipe you shouldnt have any clearance issues and no spacers either

go immediately to bank and take out mega loan
apply for second mortgage on your home or anybody's for that matter
divorce wife, get rich girl friend
and everything should be fine from here on in.
