Overall, I'm not that impressed. All this hype I've read about how this is the NEW 03' Cobra. It really isn't. It's way too much for what you get. If you can afford a 5.0, get it. Slap on a supercharger and you're set. But I'm trading mine in on a ZL1 in a few weeks. I just feel as though they have more potential and the magnetic ride really excites me.

The car is fast, no doubt. But it really lacks in the visual department, build quality and ride. All of which it seems the ZL1, shines. I gave it a shot, and it's just not for me. I'll see about the ZL1. Seems like a better overall package.

All things considered, the 13' GT500 is fast, in a straight line. That's it. It rides decent, but I need something more comfortable everyday. ZL1 in my opinion is the better car, after owning a 13' GT500. 100rwhp more? So? Mods will fix that with ease. I took the GT500 to the gas station a couple hours ago and the volume knob fell off. That's just ridiculous.

GT500 EPA MPG > ZL1 EPA MPG hence no gas guzzler tax.

I DD my Shelby with no problems. 6'3" 230lbs. Maybe Ford's ride quality declined between '12 and '13...

Did you not read that the volume knob came off? The trim pieces also don't line up properly and the steering wheel stays slightly to the left while going straight. Also has a strange metallic sound when hitting bumps. Like the exhaust isn't clamped down right.

I'm 6'4 242lbs so it's a little tight. I'm pretty muscular. The ZL1 I drove last week just rode SO much nicer. The magnetic ride is crazy.

I'm about to take picture right now. It's sitting in my driveway, NOT in the garage. I'm too pissed off about it to put it in there.
