Just got the push start button in I can't wait to put this baby on. I went with the ford gt start button kit from ebay. only 2 wires from what I see any hints since its going on a L and not a GT are the wires it gets conected to the same?

No, did you see the last thread that has the wire colors and locations listed?

Don't pay any attention to the instructions. They are for a Mustang and everything is different.

I Dont understand why anybody would ADD A STEP to start your vehicle...

you still have to put your keys in, and you still have to turn it to the ignition start position..

why would you then push a button to start it up?

Well Eric already explained till he's blue in the face why he did it.

As for me I am a Ricer and I like the push button start
I guess that is what you want to hear

the 2 wires on the button can go to either of the 2 wires Eric posted on that thread,
one wire to each.

yea i saw it and printed it out. i cut the hole out and put the button in tommorrow i will wire it after work

I was looking for the camera charger yesterday to take my first how to pic's turned my house upside down and nothing. Why is it when you need something you cant find it?
but I installed the push button and it is sooooo cool i will take pic as soon as i find the dam charger of with my iphone but it has to be sunny out cause if not it takes real bad pic (No flash)
