Your Numbers seem way low.
I have a 98 cobra 9.01:1 compression and @ 16 psi I made 507/450 and with 14 psi I made 475/424 on two separate Mustang Dynos. One was as single roller and the other was the older dual roller. 93 octane, full exhaust, Accufab TB, Pro-m MAF, SCT tune. Stock cams & intake, heads have some mild port work.
The newer model Mustang Dynos have a single roller, but they have a big MD on the equipment and on the dyno sheet.
