That is actually a pretty cool old Honda if you are into the retro/vintage bikes and is probably well worth the $3000 he was asking for it originally.
I recently sold a 1976 70 cc Honda Moped for my mother-in-law and got $850 and probably could of got $1200 or more had she let me play the 4 guys who were beating the door down to get it (I did the e-mails for her 1200 miles away). I also got 20+ e-mails from a-holes offering to take it off my hands for $100.
I can see where this guy is frustrated. Craiglist sucks for sellers..........all the assholes come out of the woodwork to make stupid crack-head offers
