Had an RAI on my '01 and it was straight forward install. The '03 is different, so please give me your tips about the vacuum hook-ups (by throttle body) temp sensor swap, grommet sealer, etc or anything else that would help.

I put the stock one back on till I could give it more thought.

Thanks

This took me a good 15 minutes of fiddling to figure out.

There's a hose on the back left of the engine bay , with a cap of sorts on it and a rubber hose attached with loom. You pull the end off and the rubber hose goes into the supplied rubber hose which goes into your RAI tube.

i'll try to post a pic tomorrow. JLT could do very well with color instructions, mine were black/white and kinda washed out. they were descriptive, but i'm a visual mechanic

Thanks guys, that's what I thought. So the supplied rubber hose attaches where it's capped (left arrow) and the entire thing (right arrow) goes in the grommet of the RAI right?

Do I need any sealer when I plug this into the grommet?

Mines different. They gave me a short like 8" piece of small rubber hose. Then I took the cap off of the end of the vacuum hose and stuck it in there and it mated perfectly...

I'll have to take a pic, mine looks different than that anyways?
